Check, and if necessary, revise the thread count of the parallel-multicast invocation that is specified in the HCSC server runtime definition file, and then specify the correct value.

If no problem exists with the specified value, the memory might be insufficient. Increase the available space, and then restart the HCSC server. If the error cannot be corrected, collect the log and trace information, and then contact the maintenance personnel.
