In the Data Transformation Definition window, you can specify whether to output a namespace prefix to XML by using the following method:

Right-click anywhere in the Data Transformation Definition window, and then select Output Namespace Prefix to XML.

If a check mark is added on the left side of Output Namespace Prefix to XML, a namespace prefix is output to XML.
