You can minimize comments by using either of the following methods:

Method 1 (minimizing a selected comment)

Select and right-click a comment that is not minimized, and then select Minimize comment.

Method 2 (minimizing all comments in the canvas)

With no activity selected, right-click anywhere in the canvas, and then select Minimize all comments.
