Description

A failure occurred in the initialization of the Web service.

Action

Reference the message, output after this message, that describes the cause of the initialization failure, and then remove the cause.

Note that when the Web Service is developed with SEI as the starting point, and an invalid annotation is included in the Web Service Implementation Class, an error might occur in the dynamic generation of the wrapper bean. For generating a wrapper bean, execute the cjwsgen command, check the error in the Web Service Implementation Class, and remove the cause of the error.
