When the environment variable CJBATCHUSRCONFDIR for the directory, that stores the user definition, file is not specified, make sure that the length of the absolute path of the user option definition file (usrconf.cfg) or the user property file (usrconf.properties) that exists in the current directory is lesser than the maximum path length stipulated in the operating system.
