aa....aa: J2EE application name
bb....bb: Context root name
cc....cc: Definition name for each URL group
dd....dd: Maximum number of concurrently executing threads for each URL group
ee....ee: Number of dedicated threads for each URL group
ff....ff: Size of the pending queue for each URL group
