Description

• The file does not have read permission.
• The file is corrupted or the configured file does not exist.
• An I/ O error occurred.

Action

1. Grant the read permission to the file.
2. Repeat the operation. If the problem is not resolved, restart the Broker. In this case, the old data is lost.
3. Contact maintenance personnel.
