Description

Take action based on the following causes:

1. The client attempted to create a durable subscriber using an already existing name.
2. The client attempted to unsubscribe a durable subscriber being used by another consumer.

Action

1. When creating a durable subscriber, confirm that another durable subscriber does not exist with the same name.
2. When unsubscribing a durable subscriber, confirm that consumers subscribing messages from the applicable durable subscriber do not exist.
