13.4 Messages for distributor tools

KDDI0101-E

A system error occurred.

Cause
A distributor tool is not started.

Action
Start the distributor tool.

KDDI0104-E

Could not connect the event server.

Cause
The event server cannot be connected.

Action
Restart the event server. If the error recurs, contact the system administrator.

KDDI0105-E

An attempt to register in the event server failed.

Cause
A system error occurred while conducting registration with the event server.

Action
Make sure that the JP1/IM - Console server or agent is operating correctly.

KDDI0106-I

A child process did not exist.

Cause
The child process has already ended.

Action
Continue processing.

KDDI1001-E

A TCP/IP communication error occurred.

Cause
A communication error occurred in the line.

Action
Check if the communication line or hardware failed. If they are normal, retry the operation.

KDDI1002-S

A system error occurred in the file transfer server facility.

Cause
A system error occurred during communication.

Action
Check if the distributor tools correctly operate.

KDDI1003-E

A processing contradiction occurred in the file transfer server facility.

Cause
A system error occurred during communication.

Action
If this message is output during packaging, check the status of the package storehouse by the rdsafrsc command. If the package storehouse is initialized, close the distributor tools, then restart them. If the package storehouse is not initialized, collect the error information and contact the manufacturer of the program.

Cause

The definitions of the host address defined in the /etc/hosts file cannot be referenced.

Check the status of the disk with the directory.

KDDI1015-E

Cause
You could not set the environment variable for national language support (NLS).

Action
Set the language environment, then retry. If the error recurs, collect the error information and contact the manufacturer of the program.

Cause
The maximum number of associations exceeded.

Action
Wait for the command being executed to complete and then enter the command.

KDDI1017-E

A file error occurred in the management file.

Cause
An error occurred in the package management file or the package attribute file.

Action
Restart the distributor tools. If the error recurs, restore the backup management file. If there is no backup file, initialize the management file.

KDDI1018-E

File system capacity is insufficient. Could not package resource.

Cause
The amount of space in the file system is insufficient and the resource cannot be packaged.

Action
Delete unnecessary packages.

KDDI2001-I

Started the package management file access server.

Cause
The package management file access has started.

KDDI2002-I

Cause
The package attribute file access has started.

Cause
A system error occurred.

Action

KDDI3016-W

A job cannot be registered because specified packages do not exist.

The packages indicated in the KDDI3087-W message do not exist.

Check the package ID.

KDDI3017-E

Check if the file system is corrupted.

Remove unnecessary data in the disk to obtain more free space.
