rdsdlvse

The rdsdlvse command activates and deactivates the distribution status server facility.

Description

This command activates the distribution status server facility. To deactivate the distribution status server facility, execute the command with option -p.

Format

For systems other than HP-UX
rdsdlvse[-p]
For HP-UX
/opt/NETMDMWEX1/bin/rdsdlvse [-p]

Option

-p

Specify this option when you want to deactivate the distribution status server facility.

End code

End code Meaning

0 Terminated normally.

1 Interface is incorrect. Alternatively, the user who issued the command is not a superuser.

2 System error occurred.

99 Command processing terminated because of signal reception.

254 The distribution status server facility does not run.

255 Error other than the above occurred.
