5.4 Defining ERP linkage jobs

This section describes procedures for defining a custom job for ERP in a jobnet.

To define a custom job for ERP in a jobnet:

  1. Open the jobnet to be edited in the Jobnet Editor window.
    Open the jobnet and then select the Exclusive edit check box.
  2. Drag the custom job icon from the icon list and drop it in the map area.
    The icon varies with the ERP system to be linked.
    Dropping the icon causes the Define Details - [Custom Job] dialog box to appear.
  3. Define the unit name and other attributes.
  4. Click the Details button.
    A dialog box appears to set up details for the job. The displayed dialog box varies with the program to be linked.   5. Define details for the job to be executed and click the OK button.
  6. Click the OK button in the Define Details - [Custom Job] dialog box.
