Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Operator's Guide
Before executing the example:
- Install and set up the systems (JP1/AJS3 - Manager and JP1/AJS3 - View) you will use on a Windows host.
- Set JP1_AJS_Editor, JP1_AJS_Manager, or JP1_AJS_Admin as your JP1 permission level.
- In the Jobnet Monitor window and Daily Schedule [Hierarchy] window, specify 30 seconds as the interval for automatically updating information.
To set this interval:
- Open the Jobnet Monitor window.
- Choose Options and then Set Refresh Interval to open the Refresh Interval dialog box.
- In Auto refresh, click Do. In Refresh interval, enter 30.
- Click the OK button.
- Open the Daily Schedule [Hierarchy] window. Repeat steps 1 to 4.
- Do not change the default colors of icons, although you can change them in the Preferences dialog box.
- When you install JP1/AJS3 - View for the first time, leave the start mode at its default setting. If you perform an upgrade installation of JP1/AJS3 - View, on the Login page of the Preferences dialog box, change Start mode to Normal.
- Create an err.bat file.
To create the file:
- Create the C:\Temp folder.
- Create the err.bat file, and store it in the folder you created in step 1.
- In the err.bat file, write echo Stock is insufficient. >&2.
