このインタフェースでは，Borland Enterprise Server VisiBrokerのポータブルインタセプタを拡張して，POAをスコープとするサーバリクエストインタセプタをインストールします。IORInfoExtインタフェースは，IORInfoインタフェースから継承します。IORInfoExtインタフェースは，POAをスコープとするサーバリクエストインタセプタに対応するための拡張メソッドを提供します。
