(A1): Check the log beneath Cosminexus-installation-directory/CC/cjmsp/var/instances/instance-name/log, and analyze the problem.

(A2): Recover the Cosminexus JMS Provider service according to the procedure described in Appendix E.23 Recovery when CJMSP Broker stops due to an error.
