Notes on operations

If all the following conditions are satisfied when Manager is used in a non-Japanese locale, the messages output to the log file are corrupted:
- Japanese is specified in a value of an item specified in the management portal, and that value is output to the log
- A Japanese value is specified in a logical server configuration parameter in the Easy Setup Definition file and change configuration definition file, and that value is output to the log
In UNIX, unify the locales for Management Server, Administration Agent, and the following commands:
- mngsvrutil command
- snapshotlog command
- Commands used with the Smart Composer functionality (commands beginning with cmx_)
