- The remote installation functionality of JP1/Software Distribution cannot install an installation set. However, the functionality can remotely distribute an installation set to client machines. After the distribution, the installation set must be installed manually on the individual client machine.
- To use Job Management Partner 1/Software Distribution Administrator Kit to create Job Management Partner 1/Software Distribution Client installation sets, use the same version and revision for both products.
If the revision of both products is not the same, use the previous revision of Job Management Partner 1/Software Distribution Administrator Kit.
