1.2.3 Settings for acquiring the user inventory items and registering the clients in ID groups

You can use Administrator Tool to set the user inventory (user-specific information to be managed about clients) items to be acquired and ID groups (groups of distribution destinations to be specified as job destinations) in which the client should be registered, in addition to setting the ordinary items for installing JP1/Software Distribution Client.

Administrator Tool also provides optional facilities that the system administrator can use depending on the manner of operation. The facilities enable operations including the installing or executing of user-specific programs after installation.
