8.2 Data to be collected if a problem occurs

You can encounter errors from JP1/AJS3 for EAP, from the R/3 system, and from the SAP BW system. If you can identify the cause of an error by referring to messages and events relating to the error, you can correct the error.

If you cannot identify the cause from messages or events, collect the following data (maintenance information) and contact the system administrator.

The data to be collected when a problem occurs is explained below for each function. The data to be collected varies depending on whether Windows or UNIX is used.
