jim_log.bat（Windows限定）

機能

JP1/IM - ManagerまたはJP1/IM - Viewで障害が発生したときに資料を採取するためのツールです。JP1/IM - Manager，JP1/IM - View，およびJP1/Baseの保守資料，OSのシステム情報，統合トレースログなどを採取します。

このツールは，バッチファイルです。ユーザーによるカスタマイズはできません。

このツールを実行すると，資料を採取する対象フォルダまたはファイルを一次資料および二次資料に区分けし，指定した資料格納フォルダの直下に採取した資料が格納されます。

一次資料は，障害時の切り分けや，軽度の障害の調査を目的に採取する資料です。必要最低限のログおよび設定ファイルを採取します。二次資料は，一次資料ではわからなかった障害をさらに調査するための詳細資料です。Windowsイベントログ，クラッシュダンプ，JP1/BaseのイベントDBなどを採取します。

また，JP1/IM - Manager（JP1/IM - Central Console）またはJP1/IM - Viewのスレッドダンプがある状態でjim_log.batを実行すると，メッセージKAVB8946-Iを表示してスレッドダンプを削除するかどうかユーザーに問い合わせます。「y」を入力した場合，スレッドダンプを削除します。

必要に応じて採取した資料を圧縮ツールなどで圧縮してください。

-aオプションは，BJEXと連携した場合に使用するオプションです。-aオプションの詳細については，マニュアル「JP1/Integrated Management - Manager 運用ガイド」の「9.6.2　jim_log.bat（Windows限定）」を参照してください。

Windows Server 2003の場合：なし

Windows Server 2008の場合：Administrators権限（WindowsのUAC機能が有効な場合は管理者コンソールから実行）

UNIXの場合：なし

引数

-f 資料格納フォルダ

採取した資料を出力するフォルダ名をフルパスまたはこのコマンドを実行した場所からの相対パス形式で指定します。パスに空白を含む場合は，「"」で囲んで指定します。このオプションは省略できません。

存在しないフォルダを指定した場合は，その名称でフォルダが新規作成されます。すでに存在するフォルダを指定した場合は，いったんそのフォルダを削除してから，指定したフォルダが作成されます。

-h 論理ホスト名

クラスタシステムで運用している場合に，論理ホスト名を指定します。このオプションを指定した場合，物理ホストと論理ホストの両方の資料を採取します。このオプションを省略した場合，物理ホストの資料だけ採取します。クラスタシステムを使用していない場合には指定は不要です。

なお，このコマンドでは環境変数JP1_HOSTNAMEの論理ホスト名は使用しません。このため，クラスタシステムで使用する場合には論理ホスト名を必ずこのオプションで指定してください。

-t

hostsおよびservicesファイルを採取しない場合に指定します。

-u

クラッシュダンプを採取しない場合に指定します。Windows Server 2008版のJP1/IM - Managerではこのオプションは使用できません。

-n

JP1/Baseの保守資料を採取しない場合に指定します。

-p

JP1/BaseのイベントDBを取得しない場合に指定します。

-r

JP1/Baseのコマンド実行履歴ファイルを採取しない場合に指定します。

-e

インシデント登録履歴ファイルを採取しない場合に指定します。

-g

相関イベント発行履歴ファイルを採取しない場合に指定します。

-a

応答待ちイベント滞留ファイルを採取しない場合に指定します。

-s

JP1/IM - Manager（JP1/IM - Central Scope）の保守資料を採取しない場合に指定します。

-c

IM構成管理の保守資料を採取しない場合に指定します。

-d

IMデータベースの保守資料を採取しない場合に指定します。

-x

IMデータベースのバックアップファイルを採取する場合に指定します。

IMデータベースのバックアップファイルは，デフォルトで採取するIMデータベースの保守資料には含まれていません。IMデータベースサービスが起動していない場合は，保守資料を採取しません。IMデータベースサービスを起動したあと，資料採取コマンドを再実行してください。なお，資料採取時にJP1/IM-Managerが起動していても採取できます。

-w

JP1/IM - Viewの保守資料を採取しない場合に指定します。

-q

ユーザー確認を省略してコマンドを実行する場合に指定します。

注意事項

このツールによって採取できる資料の総容量は膨大になるため，このツールを実行する前に必要容量を見積もり，ご使用のマシンの空き容量を確認する必要があります。詳細については，マニュアル「JP1/Integrated Management - Manager 運用ガイド」の「10.4　資料の採取方法」を参照してください。

このツールを複数同時に実行しないでください。資料が上書きされたり，採取できなかったりする場合があります。

採取するファイルが見つからない場合，「ファイルが見つかりません」などのメッセージが表示されることがありますが，対処の必要はありません。
