For Linux(R) (x86) Systems HA Monitor Cluster Software

7.5.10 Handling device failures on a shared disk (during hot standby processing) (using SCSI reservation for shared disk)

If an I/O error occurs when the standby server switches over to the active system on the device specified in the scsi_device or dmmp_device operand in the server environment definition, HA Monitor issues the KAMN725-W and KAMN726-E messages and hot standby processing fails. Take appropriate action by referencing 7.5.8 Handling device failures on a shared disk (while the active server is terminating) (using SCSI reservation for shared disk).

However, in a redundant configuration with multipath software, HA Monitor issues the KAMN726-E message only when a failure has occurred on all paths to the same shared disk. If the KAMN725-W message was issued but the KAMN726-E message was not issued, take appropriate action by referencing 7.5.7 Handling device failures on a shared disk (while the active server is running) (using SCSI reservation for shared disk).

Note that SCSI-related messages might be output to the syslog file when hot-standby switchover occurs. For details, see 6.4.4 Handling SCSI-related messages output to syslog.

This means that the active server has obtained a SCSI reservation to protect the disk. This is a normal operation and there is no need to take any action.
