haorainsendsub instance-identifier { -n | -a }

Description

Terminates an Oracle instance being monitored by HA Monitor Kit. This is a subcommand called from haorainsend (terminates an Oracle instance).

Option

instance-identifier
Specify the instance identifier of the Oracle instance you want to terminate and that has been defined in ORACLE_SID of the Oracle instance control definition file.
-n
Terminate the Oracle instance normally.
-a
Forcibly terminate the Oracle instance.

Value	Meaning
0	Normal termination (The Oracle instance was terminated successfully.)
Other than 0	Abnormal termination
