8.15.3 Rollback completion criterion

Rollback processing might sometimes load log blocks from as far back as the previous synchronization point dump acquisition location. Therefore, use the block number of the system log that was in effect at the time of the previous synchronization point dump acquisition as the criterion for rollback completion. The following table shows how to check the rollback completion criterion.
