Before you can execute Java stored routines on the HP-UX (excludes IPF), Solaris, or AIX 5L versions of HiRDB, you must use the pdsetup command to set up the POSIX library version of the load module. Before you can execute Java stored routines, you must also install the JDBC driver. To do so, select the JDBC driver when you perform a HiRDB client installation.
