There are two OpenTP1 startup modes:

• Normal startup
  This mode is used when there is no information to be inherited because the previous online operation terminated normally or when OpenTP1 is newly started.
  
• Restart following full recovery
  This mode is used when the previous online termination status is to be inherited (called a restart).
