There is no RTS log file to which statistical information can be output.
The system degrades operation of the function for outputting statistical information to the RTS log file, and continues processing.

Countermeasure: To output statistical information to the RTS log file, change the definition so that the RTS log file will be created on an error-free disk volume. Then, restart the real-time statistical information service.
