S: Interrupts processing, and then throws TP1ConnectorException.

O: Contact the OpenTP1 system administrator.

Countermeasure: Check memory on the host where the RAP-processing listener server is running. If memory is insufficient, increase the amount of memory, and then retry. The number of clients connected to the RAP-processing listener server may have exceeded the maximum.
