99999990 to 99999999: A logical conflict occurred.

When the reason code is 00000001, 00000003, 00000005, 00000008, or 99999998:

Shuts down the logical terminal.

When the reason code is 00000009:

Retries to establish the connection.

Continues processing.

When the reason code is 00000002, 99999999:

Shuts down the connection.
