Cause of the error	Countermeasure
TP1/NET/Library was restarted before the TCP IP monitoring time (30 sec.) expires.	Wait until the TCP IP monitoring time (30 sec.) expires, then restart TP1/NET/Library.
The port number has already been used.	Change the specification of the nettcomn -p port-number definition command. Or change the value specified as the port number of the definition command mqttenv -p.
