- S: Either discards the received message or switches to the error event.
- O: Contact the OpenTP1 administrator.
- Countermeasure: Execute the mcftlssg command to check the schedule of the application and the number of currently queued messages, and then change the value specified in the MCF application definition (mcfaalcap -n msgcnt). Then, restart OpenTP1.
