The number of DAM file blocks specified in the damfile definition command in the DAM service definition exceeds 5000. If accesses are concentrated on this DAM file, the DAM cache block chain becomes longer. As a result, the search time for the DAM cache block chain might increase, causing transaction performance to degrade. We recommend that you specify the damchlmt definition command.
