Reason code	Meaning	Countermeasure
91	Error occurred on the file system.	Correct the error, referring to the following message that is output to the log file: KFCA02123-W
99	Close request was issued to a valid file.	Execute the jnlls command to check the file status.
100	Close request was issued to a file being input or output.	Execute the jnlls command to make sure that the latest checkpoint dump file has pointed the current (latest) journal. Then, re-execute the command.
