The status service is not active when calling the status service function.
This message is output during:

1. DAM service startup or termination processing
2. Access to DAM file

S: Performs either of the following depending on when this message is output:

1. Terminates the DAM service.
2. Stops the access processing.

O: Contact the OpenTP1 administrator.

Countermeasure: Restart OpenTP1.
